  they try to get everyone in and out but fail because of the appointments. i signed in at 9:06 as #16 in line. it's 11:00 a.m. and I'm still #14 in line. ALL mgmt needs to get their ppl moving. 3 weeks ago i was in here at closing time and the line was FLYING by comparison because they HAVE to serve everyone in the office before they can leave.

  Hmmm. I'm sure most workers here are nice and respectable people. I mean yeah they have to deal with all kinds of people, happy sad, nervous, anxious. All walks of human life and all facets of human emotion are displayed at this establishment... but seriously if someone had some common sense, this awfully dreaded place might be a less than "horrible get me out of here I hate this" experience. Let's think.... oh I don't know, maybe hiring a bit more? $10/hour per worker for maybe 10 more people would LITERALLY save thousands of dollars an hour from all the people waiting who have work and things to do and places to be. Like wow, it's 2017 and there are easily over 100 people waiting for at least an hour each, most of them waiting to get a PIECE OF PAPER for their car. Yes there's the online check in option but many people don't want to do that/are old and don't understand how/are too busy to even think to do that. All I'm saying, hire a few more people and change the world.

  This is the WORST secretary of state. My husband and I signed in and had to wait 3 HOURS to get to the front of the line. Which by that time he had to go to work. I go up there and they said they couldn't find his numbee even though we still were getting the text messages. So I had to wait and HOUR AND A HALF to be seen for the lady to ask me for unnecessary documents that at any other one I wouldn't have been asked for. Horrible! They need to close this one down!

  Such is a standard experience at this branch: I arrived at 4:27p for a driver's license renewal and new tab for my car. I entered my phone number at the front desk and was given an estimated wait time of 144 minutes. I then went to the Kiosk to get my tab (2 minutes), then had a seat. 3 minutes later Denise asked if anyone was renewing their driver's license. 5 of us got up, and she ran us through one-by-one, and I was done and out of the building by 4:47p. Be prepared with your paperwork and have some patience and you won't have a complaint. I only gave 4 stars because the parking is a little tight at this location.
